Inviting you to join a free women's circle to embrace the stillness and wisdom that the season offers.
Though the Winter Solstice was a few weeks ago, the days remain short, encouraging us to reflect and tap into our yin energy.
Guided by Rebecca, our afternoon together promises moments of quiet introspection and shared energy.
This session is in-person in Mt. Pleasant. Not able to make it? Join the remote call on Jan. 10 @ 6:30pm PT instead.
What you can expect:
Opening Meditation: To center yourself in the present moment.
2023 Journaling Reflections: Explore the lessons and memories of the past year. Share with the group if you feel compelled.
2024 Journaling Visions: Set intentions and visualize the possibilities for the upcoming year. Share with the group for accountability, if you’d like.
Closing Meditation: To seal in your intentions for the new year.
Community Connection: Feeling supported by other women.
Light Refreshments: Some tea and snacks while we socialize after.
What to bring:
Journal & Pen: For you to write your reflections and intentions.
Altar Item: Bring an item to infuse with the circle’s energy. It could be a pieces of nature, jewellery, photos, crystals, medicine bundles etc.
Bolster or Pillow: We’ll be seated on the ground, so this is for your comfort.
Before the circle, feel rested and nourish your body. After the event, plan for a restorative evening to integrate the experience.
