Many of the women I work with have built successful careers and still find themselves thinking… is this really it?

I know that feeling.

Before becoming a coach, I spent about a decade working in fast-paced marketing roles and building a freelance business of my own. From the outside, a lot of it looked great. I had the growth, recognition, and financial stability I thought I was supposed to want (and did want for a long time).

But eventually, I had to admit that something felt off.

I was tired, disconnected from myself, and knew I didn’t want to keep chasing achievement for the sake of it. So I started asking deeper questions about what I actually wanted my work and life to look like.

That process changed the direction of my life and eventually led me to coaching.

Today, I help ambitious women figure out what’s next and build careers that feel more like them, so they can align with their strengths, values, energy, lifestyle, and the impact they want to make.

My role isn’t to hand you the answer. It’s to help you hear yourself more clearly, make thoughtful decisions, and actually do something with what you learn.

And honestly, I think that matters even more with how quickly work is changing.

The old career rules said: achieve, overwork, fit in, and climb.
The new ones ask us to align, reflect, differentiate, and design.
